Waiver
I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own safety and well-being during the scavenger hunt. I understand during the game, the team will not be supervised. I am taking part at my own risk. I will take reasonable precautions such as obeying traffic rules and refraining from running. I will follow all COVID-19 safety precautions outlined by my local authority (i.e. social distancing, wearing a mask where required). I am not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
I willingly and knowingly assume for myself, and my heirs, family members, executors, administrators and assigns, all risk of physical injury and emotional upset which may occur during the scavenger hunt, and I hereby agree to hold Urban Capers, its officers, employees, agents, partners, and / or volunteers harmless from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the hunt.
Photo Release: I understand that the event organizers will receive a copy of the photos and videos submitted during the hunt. I consent to the use of my photograph or video for use online, in print, or to be provided to the media. I hereby release Urban Capers Scavenger Hunts from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
